For years, I went from city to city and place to place, until I found my life's work, rooted in my need to feel that true sense of belonging.

And now, thankfully, the ADD, anxiety, and high-sensitvity I experienced along the way have helped make me good at what I do. I work with people in transition, and help them navigate major change effectively.

As the director of Whole Life Solutions. I work exclusively with overwhelmed professionals: privately and in small and large groups on effective decision-making, navigating loneliness and imposter syndrome, making and breaking habits, radical work-life balance, and living with purpose and impact.

As Chief Instigator at Catalyst & Coffee, a monthly speakers' series for the social enterprise and social good community, we facilitate networking and talks to inspire visionary, multi-layered community problem solving.

Through Seventh Sense Weddings & Events, I serve as a trilingual interfaith minister specializing in premarital counseling and developing and officiating unique, custom ceremonies reflecting couples' heritage, spirituality, backgrounds, and love story.

And now, as the director of Relationship Coaching with Dawn, I help couples at every stage of the journey feeling more heard, connected, and appreciated.

Basically, I get to spend every day doing what I value most of all- helping facilitate others finding their places of connection, purpose, and belonging.
